What day is today, again?

Well, its off to Stratford Upon Avon day for me today - to Shakespeare county - you know, the guy who wrote "Romeo, Romeo where art thou...?"

Well, my Romeo wont be there cos I am going there with someone else. Will come back and tell you all about it.

By the way, have a happy Valentine's Day to all who celebrate this day.

PS..sorry we didnt get to Stratford because there's some engineering works - so we made our way to the British Library where we could still see many things re: Shakespeare.

But please read this anyway if you have a few minutes.

For the 1st time after 7 years of marriage, Imad gave me a long-stemmed red rose for Valentine! Itupun sebab I casually mentioned to him this morning that it was Valentine's today.

I always tell him that, he only brings me flowers when I am about to die. First time when I was in the hospital last year, and second time, after last week's incident. hahahaha.....

(what a terrible wife I am.)

Kak Teh,
You should be going there with Awang Goneng and spent the day on the boat although it is still cold, but what an excuse to 'huggy huggy' (cucuspeak). After all its Valentine's day.
Read your article in NST about the lovely old couple sharing the burgers and dentures(!!!). Hope the sparks will still be there when I get to that age.
Regards to Awang Goneng, love GUIT. I have been promoting his book and raving about it to everyone.Salam, NanaDJ

Happy Valentine's to you & AG.

We have agreed not to do anything on Valentine's looking at the outrageous prices people are charging. Instead we'll have our very own 'lover's day' the very next weekend, when we can get better meals & the best flowers at a 'not cutthroat' price.

My man did wake me up very early for breakfast in bed - toast and tea and cough syrup! I'm down with flu & a very bad bout of cough, btw.

Err.... Kak Choco, I prefer sharing chocolates to sharing dentures with my Romeo. Anyway, he hasn't got a denture yet.
Ah, by the time you read this comment, Valentine's Day is over. "Selamat Hari Putih" then!

Dear Kak Teh

Enjoyed the NST article very much, got me quite misty-eyed in some parts. Even tho I'm single, I'm still a romantic at heart! Belated Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours.

Happy Valentine's Day. I know it is late (to some) but to me, any day in the year is a good day for wishing someone lots of love and joy. :)

Cheers!

I remember Stratford as being quite commercial. The British Museum is a lot more up my street. Love those Egyptian statues!

my valentine's day was that he didn't touch the remote to change to Golf Channel but let me watch my Grey's anatomy show :)
